Hello my name is Bob and I’m the General manager of Ollie’s Frozen Custard in The Villages.
The purpose of this letter to give you some information on our Ollie‘s  Ice Cream Social
program for your club or group.
The Ollie’s Ice Cream Social includes the following:

1-8oz. Sundae dish with 5 oz. of custard, spoon and napkin per person.
 plus 8 toppings:
 -Chocolate syrup
-Butterscotch
-Peanut Butter
-Marshmallow
-S'mores-by CrumbleOns
-Chopped Peanuts
-Chocolate Chips
-Sprinkles
    In addition to Vanilla, we can also serve chocolate and/or the “Flavor of the Day”
that we are serving at the store on the day of your event.
We also have Sugar FREE vanilla and a Sugar FREE chocolate syrup
for those who desire it.

    We deliver the custard, serve the custard and clean up after the event.
The only items we require from you is 2 tables and access to water.

    Payment is due after the event and you only pay for the number of persons
served at your event not how many your thought would be there.
PRICES
25 or less people-There is a minimum charge of $85.00
26-50 people-$2.99 per person
51-75 people-$2.89 per person
76-100 people- $2.79 per person
Over 100 people- $2.69 per person
All Prices plus 7% sales tax

in The Villages and surrounding areas.
