The purpose of this letter to give you some information on our Ollie‘s  Ice Cream Social  program for your club or group. The Ollie’s ice cream social includes the following: 1-Sundae dish with 4 oz. of custard, spoon and napkin per person. -We recommend the Vanilla Custard because it goes very well with the following 7 toppings we bring to the social. -Chocolate syrup -Butterscotch, -Peanut Butter -Marshmallow -Chopped Peanuts -Chocolate Chips and Sprinkles. In addition to Vanilla, we can also serve chocolate and/or the “Flavor of the Day” that we are serving at the store on the day of your event. We also have Sugar FREE vanilla and a Sugar FREE chocolate syrup for those who desire it.   We deliver the custard, serve the custard and clean up after the event. The only items we require from you is 2 tables and access to water. Payment is due after the event and you only pay for the number of persons served at your event.   PRICES 25 or less people-There is a minimum charge of $80.00 26-50 people-$2.75 per person 51-75 people-$2.65 per person 76-100 people- $2.55 per person Over 100 people- $2.45 per person All Prices plus 7% sales tax We’ve done over 500+ Ollie’s Ice Cream Socials for groups in The Villages  and all were very well received and attended.
